Overview
In summer 2026, I worked as a Technical Design Intern on the Documentation team at Illumio, a cybersecurity company specializing in zero-trust microsegmentation. Illumio helps organizations visualize, segment, and contain risky network activity to prevent breaches and limit their impact.
Illumio Technical Documentation team creates the content that guides users through installation, troubleshooting, and product use cases. As part of the founding design team, I had one goal: optimize the documentation experience through intuitive, engaging design without compromising technical accuracy.
